Second Story Estate Sales treats every item in your estate with care. We are at your service and willing to work hard to produce a successful sale for you. We are located in Parma, Ohio, serving the Cleveland area and it's surrounding suburbs. Our consultation is free. We will be happy to discuss and look over your estate and give an honest assesment. We offer friendly advice with no obligation.

We at Second Story Estate Sales are knowledgeable in the field of antiques and vintage items as well as versed in the market value of newer items. We use our combined knowledge, a personal library of research books, internet resources and consultants to determine a fair price for your estate items. We will advertise your sale in local newspapers and online. We distribute flyers at various antique events and shops. Postcards and email are sent to those who have joined our mailing list.

We post signs directing our customers to our sales. We can be reached by cell phone to give directions, or answer questions for our customers during sale days.

Our sales are staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people. They keep our sales running smoothly. Their helpfulness is appreciated by our customers, who keep coming back to our sales.

After the sale, we will clean up and pack up any unsold items. We will leave the sale location in order. Leftover items may be donated to charity if you wish. We can help you itemize your donations. Documentation of all proceeds, fees and receipts are kept for and presented to our customers at the conclusion of the sale. We work for a percentage rate and strive to get the most reasonable price for your estate items. We have had a number of successful sales and will provide references to our perspective customers.
